No one is good enough to go to heaven on his own merit. No matter how much good we do, we still come short.

Just as there are wages for good, there is for . The penalty for our sin is eternal death in a place the Bible calls hell.
3. Believe that Christ died, was, and rose for you.

“That is thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
4. Trust Christ alone as your saviour.
Romans 6:23b (KJV)
“…But the gift of God is life through Christ our LORD.”
Romans 10:13 (KJV)
“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the LORD shall be saved.”
Eternal life is a gift purchased by the blood of and offered freely to those who call upon Him by faith. Anyone who believes on the Lord Christ will be saved forever.
